Tatiana started to walk down toward the Potion classroom. Anyone could guess what she was feeling by the expression on her face, lets just say, there was no where near a smile on her face, and she was not overjoyed that when she looked at her timetable for this year she found out she had double potions first thing on a monday morning. That was the lesson she was now heading towards.

She had arrived early, not because she was looking forward to it, but because she didn't want to give Professor Morphakvicha an excuse to discriminate her, often the insult was 'looks like the Virtus lady has no partner, maybe thats because of that smell that seems to circle her wherever she goes.' she could ignore it of course, but what she couldn't ignore was the teasing that followed her all the rest of the lesson. At least she couldn't take any points away, it was the start of the year, so all the houses were at zero.

She pulled her books out of her bag, they were all brand new and in pristine condition, though she probably would of got a blob of potion spilt on it at the end of the lesson. She turned the page to see what they would be studying in todays lesson, polyjuice potion, well at least she had something to look forward to, she could turn herself into a Maleficus and see if she noticed. Better not, she might have more insults thrown at her if she found out.

She heard a buzz from down the corridor, everyone else was just about to arrive. Professor Morphakvicha often followed the Maleficus, so she was probably only moments away.

Tatiana knew her question wouldn't be willfully answered, Professor Morphakvicha was always going to find a reason where Tatiana was made to look like a fool and she was right, she heard the sneering voice speaking to her, spitting as she talked.

'Well Miss Ivanova, if you would wait for me to give the instructions i'm sure your contributions to the class would be far better accepted.'

Not much of a surprise. Tatiana's hopes were lifted however when the title 'Polyjuice Potion' was put on the board. This was the only reason Tatiana had asked to confirm that they were today studying and producing the potion she had always wanted to try. She scanned the page of the textbook quickly to make sure she wasn't out-smarted by Professor Morphakvicha's questions that she often springed on people.

'Can anyone tell me... breifly..... what Polyjuice Potion is?'

Tatiana knew the answer to this question and raised her hand with enthusiasm, but she wasn't expecting that she would choose her to answer, however no one else in the room raised their hand, hopefully this would be Tatiana's time to shine.
